Senior Affiliate Manager in the Betting industry. Responsibilities include finding and onboarding webmasters, developing partners, daily communication, and analyzing performance. Requires 1-3 years of affiliate/CPA experience and 2 years in Betting. English is required. Location outside of Russia is preferred. High salary + KPI, 28 days of vacation, paid sick leave, and career growth opportunities.

— Search and onboarding of webmasters working with Tier1-Tier3 traffic; — Development and scaling of existing partners; — Daily communication with webmasters, identifying growth points; — Selection and offering of relevant offers; — Reconciliation analysis, KPI control, reporting; — Attendance at industry conferences and meetups.

— Affiliate/CPA experience of 1 to 3 years; — Betting experience of 2 years (preferably in affiliate networks); — Understanding of the CPA model, tracking, postbacks, key metrics; — English language - working level; — Preferably located outside of Russia. Will be an advantage: — Own webmaster database; — Experience in scaling large partners; — Participation in industry conferences.
