Project Manager at Zontik company. Hybrid work format in Moscow. Salary from 200k gross under employment contract or 230k gross under sole proprietorship. Responsibilities include managing training projects, resource and team management, and stakeholder engagement.

We are responsible for developing the culture of AI application among employees: from transitioning to AI literacy to advanced training for IT specialists. We do various things: case clubs, skill sprints, internal courses, training with providers, AI mentorship programs, flow learning, and project labs.

A solid mid-level PM who has already managed complex, full-cycle training projects (in the banking sector). Ideally, you have experience in EdTech or corporate training. You can adjust your work (and not only yours) using AI tools. You can negotiate with various stakeholders, of whom there are many, and sometimes they want different things. You stay focused on results and clearly set priorities based on them. You can effectively package information for different people with different interests, including in numbers, including in video presentations, including in oral video presentations.
