– Confident experience in backend development with Python and working with production. – Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL (schemas, indexes, queries, migrations, transactions). – Ability to enter existing code and improve it without "rewriting everything". – Understanding of resilience: queues/retries, idempotency, rate limiting, contracts. – DevOps practices at a confident interaction level: Docker, CI/CD, environments. – AI-first approach: accelerate through LLM while implementing safeguards (checks, standards, tests, observability).
