Responsibilities: — Development and support of brand identity: creation, updating, and strict adherence to the brand book in all company materials. — Comprehensive design of advertising campaigns: from concept development to preparing layouts for digital (social media, contextual advertising, email newsletters, landing pages) and offline channels (outdoor advertising, POS materials, print. — Key visual support for the retail chain: creating a unified and effective system for window dressing, navigation, and retail space. — Preparation of presentation materials: design and infographic development for key business presentations, reports, and corporate documents. — Project management from idea to print/placement: full control over pre-press, interaction with contractors, quality control. — Participation in creative processes: developing technical specifications for photo and video shoots, art direction, selection, and post-processing of materials.

Requirements: — Practical experience in graphic design in the areas we need, confirmed by a portfolio. — Understanding of the FMCG market specifics and working with food products, ability to create visuals that "sell from the shelf". — Deep knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. — Professional knowledge in pre-press preparation and experience working with printing and advertising media production. — Clear understanding of composition principles, typography, and adapting layouts for various media. — Art direction skills: ability not only to execute but also to propose conceptual solutions, and defend the brand's visual strategy.
