Requirements: - Have cases where content has generated leads or sales - Understand how to grab attention in the first 1-3 seconds - Ability to work with trends and implement them quickly - Full cycle experience: idea, shooting, editing, results - Ability to test hypotheses and draw conclusions - Independence: don't wait for tasks, but offer solutions - Understand that the goal is not "beauty", but leads and money
