Setting up hybrid search for knowledge bases (semantics + keywords) Implementing data anonymization (PII/NER) and AI action auditing Analyzing dialogues and generating reports Building secure integrations with databases, CRM, and LLM providers (OpenAI, YandexGPT, GigaChat) Working with text and voice data (transcription, tagging) Optimizing tokens, latency, and developing AI infrastructure

Strong backend developer (3-5+ years) with Node.js experience Practical experience in integrating LLMs into production Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI orchestration Experience with transcription and voice data Deployment of OSS models in the client's environment
