3D Artist (Middle, Senior, Lead, Principal) for the "Technotma" project (linear shooter with tactical elements). Part-time, project-based work with a share/royalty compensation. Ambiencive Games is looking for a 3D Artist to join their team.

Project "Technotma" is a linear shooter with elements of tactics, survival, and semi-open locations. The setting is a realistic post-apocalypse 100 years after the "new Middle Ages" in the post-CIS, based on the book series "Technotma". Currently, a vertical slice is being actively developed to find a publisher. Locations are semi-open, without an open world. vk.com/techdarkness_game

Responsibilities: - Pipeline formation: establishing the process of creating 3D content from scratch. - 3D art direction: controlling the visual style and quality of models for the entire team. - Management: distributing tasks among other artists (if any) and searching for new people for the department. - Creation of key/complex assets that set the quality bar. Expectations: - Hard Skills: confident mastery of the full cycle (Low/High poly, UV, Bake, Texturing), engine (UE). - Soft Skills: ability to argue visual solutions and readiness to take responsibility for the result. - Experience: portfolio with content in realism.
